The gear reducer is a critical power transmission component for the XCMG QY50K truck crane, a 50-ton capacity mobile crane widely used in construction, infrastructure, and industrial lifting applications . This planetary gearbox is an integral part of the crane's hoisting and slewing systems, transferring power from the hydraulic motor to enable precise load control and smooth 360° rotation .

The QY50K series features five-section telescopic booms with a maximum lifting height of up to 55.8 meters and is powered by a Weichai WD615.334 engine with 266 kW output . The gear reducer is matched to the crane's 4-axle chassis and works in conjunction with the 9-speed transmission system to deliver reliable performance under demanding conditions .
