ZF 6WG200 Gearbox Assembly – for LiuGong & Zoomlion Motor Graders

The gearbox and torque converter together form the core of your grader's powertrain. They transmit engine power to the drive wheels while multiplying torque for heavy cutting, ripping, and grading operations. When the transmission fails, gear shifts become erratic or impossible, traction drops, and the machine loses its ability to maintain blade position under load.

Compatible with LiuGong (Liugong) motor grader series:

CLG414, CLG416, CLG418, CLG418II, CLG4180D, CLG422, CLG425, CLG430, and all CLG series graders equipped with the 6WG200 transmission configuration.

Compatible with Zoomlion motor grader series:

GR series motor graders including GR215, GR215XG, GR2153, GR135, GR165, GR180, GR200 equipped with ZF 6WG200 transmission.

Also compatible with XCMG motor grader series (confirmed OEM use):

GR2153A motor grader — transmission and torque converter are ZF 6WG200 electronically controlled power‑shift fixed‑shaft transmissions produced by Liuzhou ZF.

GR215AVII, GR180, GR135, GR165, GR200, GR300 series graders with 6WG200 option.

ZF 6WG200 Gearbox Assembly – for LiuGong & Zoomlion Motor Graders
